1.Organize review meeting and discussion after receiving FAE complaint notice, coordinate and assign responsibilities and tasks of all departments in incident investigation;
2.Handled abnormal products related to customer complaints, tracked the completion of tasks and closed customer complaints;
3.Review the external 8D report, review the content and format of COQC, and complete the COQC report according to the shipping information;
4.Prepared quarterly/semi-annual/annual quality reports and departmental monthly quality meeting reports according to customer requirements;
5.Arranged the audit schedule, accompanied the customer to complete the audit, and recorded the defects and suggestions put forward by the customer in the audit;
6.Follow up missing audit and suggested improvement, tracking and closing;
7.Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science/engineering, above grade 2 semiconductor related working experience;
2.Familiar with QC seven tools, understand the APQP/PPAP/CP/SPC/FMEA/MSA related knowledge;
3.Good command of Oral and written English, CET 6 or above is preferred;
4.Experience in report preparation and review is preferred.
