GCLSemi has achieved the certification of Environmental Protection Audit ISO 14001:2015 and Occupational Health & Safety Audit ISO 45001:2018 system. On 14th January2022, and 15th January, 2022, three professionals from the SGS official certification body has conducted a comprehensive audit of our wafer fab. Mr Low Kin Peng, Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of the company, together with key directors of relevant units had contributed to this awesome achievement.

SGS audit experts praised the implementation of the company's internal audit checklist and the professionalism displayed by our staff during the internal audit, and affirmed the facility’s environmental system, health and safety system processes. Since the establishment of ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 systems in 2020, the company has fully concentrated on raising the environmental protection standard, and created strong occupational health & safety (EHS) awareness for each employee, thus strengthened the overall continuous and efficient implementation of the Operational, Environment, Health and Safety systems.

The successful certification of ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 (Audit System) have enhanced the procedural standard of Occupational, Health and Safety professional of each department, thereby laying a solid foundation for maintaining equipment safety and professional safety management.
