In August 2021, good news arrived in GCLSemi. The perfect yield of (Elite crystal puller) crystal ingot has reached the international level, which was a significant breakthrough in China’s Semiconductor industries, thus unveiling a defining moment to the production of a 12-inch COP-free silicon wafer in GCLSemi.

GCLSemi is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research and manufacturing processes. The company is committed to developing and manufacturing 12-inch semiconductor silicon wafer, which directly penetrate into wafer process nodes of 28 nm and smaller.
