Xinxin Semiconductor's 12-inch silicon wafers have achieved mass production of 28nm production, with new break-through in the 14nm technology node and advance gradually to 7nm advanced process.Xinxin Semiconductor's product categories include 12-inch heavily-doped and lightly-doped wafers, polished wafers and epitaxial wafers, which are mainly used for storage, logic and RF chips, etc. The development and production of 12-inch high-end lightly-doped wafers are our key advantages.
Currently, 12-inch wafers have been officially certified by our main customers, we had achieved permanent sale orders from customers located in China, China Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Korea and the United States of America. As a wafer Fab in China, Xinxin Semiconductor is the first to supply the prime wafer batch for the international first-tier customers.
